Enterprise Customer Success leader with 12+ years driving SaaS adoption, net revenue retention, and operational performance across healthcare, media, and technology. I’ve led teams managing 200+ accounts and $30M+ ARR, building scalable lifecycle strategies, onboarding systems, and engagement frameworks that improve retention, expansion, and customer outcomes.

Across roles, my work has centered on a consistent pattern: translating complexity into structured operating models that improve clarity, execution, and measurable results.

As AI begins reshaping how work gets done, my focus has expanded into how organizations convert AI‑enabled capacity into better ways of working, stronger decision‑making, and improved business performance. AI is creating meaningful lift inside workflows - but capacity alone doesn’t create value. The differentiator is whether organizations can reinvest that capacity into higher‑value human work that strengthens capability, coordination, and performance.

Over the past few years, my focus has expanded into how AI reshapes operating models and human contribution. In the past several months, that focus has evolved into an emerging body of work on how AI‑expanded capacity becomes capability, and how capability becomes measurable outcomes through deliberate reinvestment inside real workflows. This work is grounded in my background in Customer Success operating models and has developed into a structured perspective on reinvestment, workflow design, and human‑centered performance in AI‑enabled environments.

I’m refining this system through applied research, systems design, and early advisory conversations - with the goal of shaping a practical, executive‑ready approach to AI‑enabled operating model evolution.

This work complements - rather than replaces - my background in Customer Success leadership, operating model design, and cross‑functional execution. I remain open to roles and opportunities across Customer Success, AI‑enabled workflow design, and transformation‑focused operating model work.
